1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from The Tech Tuck Shop.

2. Products & Availability

All products displayed are subject to:

  • Supplier stock availability

  • Confirmation of pricing

  • Possible discontinuation without notice

We reserve the right to cancel any order if stock is unavailable or incorrectly priced.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Obvious pricing errors may result in order cancellation and refund.

If different payment methods carry different processing fees (e.g., card vs EFT), these will be clearly disclosed before checkout. All pricing is displayed under the assumption of payment via EFT with no additional fees

4. Orders

An order is only confirmed once:

  • Payment has been received and cleared

  • Supplier stock has been confirmed (if applicable)

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and issue a full refund.

5. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

  • Card payments via secure third-party payment gateways

6. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery at the provided address.

  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report visible damage within 24 hours.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns are governed by South African consumer law.
Returns are expected to be in the original packaging, containing all accessories and manuals. Subject to exclusion of these items, a return/refund may be declined or reduced subject to the terms of the manufacturer.

7.1 Defective Products

If a product is defective within 6 months of purchase:

  • You may request repair, replacement, or refund.

  • The product may be assessed before approval.

Damage caused by misuse, liquid damage, power surges, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

7.2 Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Products reported and returned within 7 days as non-functional may qualify for immediate replacement, subject to supplier verification.

7.3 Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are:

  • Subject to approval

  • May attract a handling or restocking fee

  • Must be unused and in original packaging

8. Warranties

Most products carry manufacturer warranties.

IOSEF Enterprises (Pty) Ltd facilitates manufacturer warranty claims but is not the manufacturer.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Electrical surges

  • Improper installation

9. Limitation of Liability

IOSEF Enterprises (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of data

  • Loss of profits

  • Delays caused by suppliers or couriers

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the property of IOSEF Enterprises (Pty) Ltd.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
